Please describe the problem:
When switching the application to fullscreen mode using F11, I am not able to use the keyboard shortcuts. I would like to be able to rotate, save and so on when in fullscreen mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start EOG and load an image
2. Hit <F11>
3. Hit <Ctrl> + R


Actual results:
Nothing

Expected results:
Image rotating rightwards

Does this happen every time?
Yes

This functionality is already included in the current development branch which will spawn the 2.19/2.20 release series.
