I hate to be arguing against FUN, but I never really thought this belonged in a solitaire game. Sure, Windows Solitaire does it. But I think that anything more involved than the smiley face in Mines wearing sunglasses after a game is won (which I think is just right, if someone can come up with something at about that level) would be too..intrusive. It gets in the way of the cards, which for some reason I want to see.

I don't know, I just don't think it fits.
