Description Peter Moeller 2007-01-26 14:55:32 UTC
if you have a complex layer structure, then you will loose the clear view, because there are so many layers (pic, text, shadow aso). Some of them have a logical binding, like an image and its shadow or its additional text layer.

It would be nice to have containers that group those layers into one object.

for a efficient working, there is also a need
- to copy respective duplicate these groups - like an object.
- delete a group with its contents
- activate or deactivate attributes (like visability) for all members of the group by applying it to the group

in adobes photoshop they name this containers as folders, where you can drag and drop layers in and out of it, using the layer pane.
