What were you doing when the application crashed? I was trying to open a few image attachments in a message inline and it crashed. For the record, there were about 10 image attachments. Note: Seems we got another crash triggered by the very same action! Bug 333864got the same description, but a different stacktrace. This means, that some of those duplicates possibly are duplicates of *this* bug actually, and hence not fixed. :/ Confirming. Cc'ing Srini.
guenther, Not true. I reviewed almost a huge like of duplicates, before closing Bug 333864 . The actual traces were fixed. This specific trace seems to be a different bug. this is one of its kind and I dont remember seeing such a trace before. Dont have to relate both IMO.
Ok on more analysis, looks like the crash occured on mouse entering a image. where the icon is changed to ZOOM-IN or ZOOM-OUT. image uri seems to be null, and that search on hashtable seems to result in crash. I'll do more analysis on it. What is the evolution version? 2.8/2.8.1/2.8.1.1?
It was 2.8.1, I can guess looking at the date I reported this. My laptop gets regular updates from the development branch of Ubuntu, so I'm not sure. Thanks,
