Please describe the problem:
I installed gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 (0.10.2.debian-1) on Ubuntu 6.06.
The sound quality of my mp3 files are not good with this plugin (dull cracking).

Works fine with these plugins:
$ gst-inspect-0.10  | grep mp3

typefindfunctions: application/x-id3v1: mp3, mp2, mp1, mpga, ogg, flac, tta
typefindfunctions: application/x-id3v2: mp3, mp2, mp1, mpga, ogg, flac, tta

ffmpeg:  ffdec_mp3adu: FFMPEG ADU-formatted MPEG-1 layer 3 audio decoder
ffmpeg: ffdec_mp3: FFMPEG MPEG-1 layer 3 audio decoder

If the bug is in decoder maybe it's useful to know I use a P4-HT (SMP) CPU.

Yeah, this is a known problem. I'm still trying to figure out exactly where it's going wrong during the decoding though - it only happens on some mp3's, most are fine, and it doesn't seem to happen on x86_64 only on 32 bit machines.

Any chance you could supply a sample of the first 500KB or so of an example file somewhere?
