I have epiphany 1.9.8, gtk-2.8.15 and mozilla 1.7.12 and the following minor thing is a bit annoying:

If I open personal manager and select some cookie and delete it then second press of the mouse button under "Remove" button pushes it, but doesn't delete next cookie in the list. I can press mouse button several times without any result until I move mouse. After mouse move I can't delete another cookie but only one of them.
