Description Andreas J. Guelzow 2006-07-09 02:16:51 UTC
Empty merged cells are handled incorrectly in formatted latex output: they are exported unmerged which causes the borders to be printed incoorectly:

For example:
Forst put borders around B1 and around B2. Then enter the following:

A1: Hello
D1: World
A2: 1
B2: 2
C2: 3
D2: 4

now merge B1 and C1.

Empty merge cells are now exported correctly as merged cells. The borders are still not quite right since the top border of the merged cell spans the whole cell while in gnumeric it only spans the width of a column. I am not sure that this is indeed a problem with the exporter. We shouldn't really have half a top border for a cell in gnumeric.
