Please describe the problem:
When adding or removing an audio profile in the s-j preferences, the
sound-juicer profiles list is not updated and contains the old entries.

Steps to reproduce:
1. add a new audio profile
2. close the profile editor
3. check the output combobox, the new profile is not shown
