GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 341808
The text circle script doesn't support accents
Last modified: 2008-01-15 13:07:50 UTC
Please describe the problem: The "text circle" script (Xtns->Script-Fu->Logos->Text Circle) does nothing if the sequence to transform contains accentuated letters (é, ô, ...) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the "text circle" script (Xtns->Script-Fu->Logos->Text Circle) 2. In the "text" textfield, enter a sequence containing accentuated letter, e.g. é 3. Press "Ok" Actual results: The script parameters window close and no new window (containing the "bended" text) is brought. Expected results: To obtain a new window with the "bended" text :) Does this happen every time? Yes Other information: The bug is present in Gimp 2.2.8 (tested on Ubuntu Breezy) and in Gimp 2.2.11 (tested on Debian Testing).
