In the context menu (right click), there are some items that should be greyed out when they are unavailable.

Next/Previous chapter/movie should be disabled when there is only one movie in the folder, and it has no chapters. This also applies to the Go menu.

Volume up/down could also be disabled when volume is already max/min respectively.
These items are also in the Sound menu, and same should apply there.

We already do that... Reopen the bug if you can tell us how to reproduce the problem.

As for the volume part, it's already been filed.

Weird... It works now... Could have sworn I saw it actually jumping to the start of the same video when clicking the should-have-been-disabled item... Perhaps I was wrong... If I see it again, I'll reopen.
