Change text to reflect that action is actually to open named Evolution contact.

Line 63, beagle-live.py:

 "description": _("Send Email to %s") % "<b>%(name)s</b>"

should be

 "description": _("Open contact %s") % "<b>%(name)s</b>"

+ update to translations.
