"A" accesskey used 4 times in "Select Contacts from Address Book" dialog (for "Add" three times and catagory once). 

In addition, the accesskey for "Catagory", "To", "Cc" (also duplicated with "Close") and "Bcc" (also duplicated with "Address Book") don't work at all.

the first issue is a duplicate of bug 322917,
the second issue is a duplicate of bug 325725.
