GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 330555
Camera: thumbnails for (some) old pictures displayed
Last modified: 2006-06-16 16:40:43 UTC
Please describe the problem: When I connect my digital camera for the 2nd time (with new pictures in it) and open the folder (/media/mycamera/...) in nautilus, it displays thumbnails of the pictures but for some of them (about 10 first ones) it displays thumbnails of the pictures that were on the camera previously. It doesn't help to reload the view. I'd expect it to display thumbnails of the currently present images. Steps to reproduce: 1. Connect a camera with some pictures to the PC and browse it in nautilus. Disconnect. 2. Delete the old pictures and make some new. 3. Connect again, browse the folder - you will see some of the old thumbnails (but if you click on it twice a new window with the actual picture shows up). Actual results: you will see some of the old thumbnails (but if you click on it twice a new window with the actual picture shows up). Expected results: I'd expect a thumbnail of a picture to correspond to the picture. Does this happen every time? yes but not for all pictures on the camera - only for some of the first ones (at most up to 10) Other information:
