Created attachment 58691 [details] error AFTER resizing ext2 sda
After the operation is done, the system (here fedora 4) mount the resized device. Could it cause gparted to give this error ?
yep, this could very well cause the error. This is in fact related to #324220 . To be sure i need the more detailed output of the operation which is accessable by expanding the treeview in the 'details' of the progresswindow. I guess a screenshot will suffice. thanks!
i guess what you want, but it seems i cant go ahead through "details" : there's no button to press on :-/ am i wrong or something ?

Comment on attachment 58742 [details] error message with some details.... (1/2) you may see the media icon on the left : it has been mapped just before the error message appears !!!
still more details : as one can see error comes because the drive has been mounted...
Created attachment 58747 [details] drive is mounted !
Yep, this is related to automount (as i suspected ;) ). Keep an eye on #324220
