Please describe the problem:
Here is an minimal example that doesn't display correct:

\documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{scrreprt}

\usepackage[latin1]{inputenc}
\usepackage{ngerman}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}

\begin{document}

öäü\\
\textbf{konfigurierbaren}\\
\glq\\
\glqq\\
\grq\\
\grqq

\end{document}

With Acrobar Reader this minimal example displays correct.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a latex wile with this content
2. use pdflatex to create it
3. view it with pdflatex

Expected results:

Gpdf is no longer maintained, closing WONTFIX. Please use Evince for your pdf
viewing needs.

This is another instance of the bug where evince takes forever to render and it looks bad when it's done.  Reopen, reassign to evince.
