The problem is with the vfolders you have created, when you upgraded evolution,
i think the vfolder rules were not imported. 

A work-around would be to re-create the vfolders you have.

I experience the same bug. Personally, I use vFolders, but the fact is that I created them in this particular version (no upgrades and no data migration).

uhm... can anyone please confirm if this still happens on 2.4 at bug 306345?

damn, i updated the version number here to 2.4, but cannot remember at all why i did this (and i did not succeed in finding any received private mail or stuff like that). :-/
