Description Fionn Behrens 2005-09-09 16:26:21 UTC
Distribution: Debian 3.1 (sarge)
Package: Evolution
Severity: enhancement
Version: GNOME2.10.1 2.3.x
Gnome-Distributor: Debian
Synopsis: urgent request: search widget in subscription dialog
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Mailer
Bugzilla-Version: 2.3.x
Description:
Please describe your feature request:

Since evolution can now be used to connect NNTP servers since months, I
begin to use this functionality frequently. However, finding a
particular news group in the subscription dialogue can be a major PITA
since there are no means of searching. Often enough I end up starting
thunderbird to find out where to go in the newsgroup hierarchy. But I
suspect that can not be the ultimate solution.
