Modify summary of an recurring appointment in 'Personal'. Say the updates is
only for This instance.
On that particular day 3 instances get created , two with modifications and one
without modification. Also the rest of the appointments summary gets changed.
This bug is only with respect to updating a single instance.

One of the appointment in that day and rest of the instances in other days
changes to non recurring appointment
