Sets of images often come in various archives, mainly zip or rar (sometimes
named cbz and cbr for comic book scanlations).
Having to unpack them manually is a pain.
I'd like to vote for adding archive support to gthumb.

I think it would make more sense to implement this in gnome-vfs and there is
already a bug about it. Marking this as a duplicate, please reopen if you disagree.
