Description Kevin Duffus 2005-04-14 01:35:37 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Rather than selecting the current date, the calendar simply scrolls to the
current month if its out of viewing range.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click the "Go To" button on the toolbar
2. Click the "Select Today" in the dialog that is opened

Actual results:
the current date is not actually selected

Expected results:
Current date should be selected so that the user can simply start typing to add
an entry for that date.

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
no

in order to destroy the UI component (as discussed with jpr and dobey), changing
component to calendar.

yeah, right, i can confirm this. just typing leads to typing into the first
field in the month view (which can be four weeks ago :-)
