Description of Problem:

See the screenshot. this has to be fixed soon, this happens only in
exchange connector
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch evolution in offline mode, except 'inbox' (bcoz already there is
a bug :-)) all the components throw unwanted error messages when 
2. Number of error messages is 2/4 times the number of exchange folders in
that component

First of all it should be one information message rather then error
messages if required. Specially in 'Tasks' it is annoying feature, user has
to restart to continue, see the attachment
Error message should popup if user tries to do something with folder not
selected for offline support.
