Description of Problem:

I'd like to be able to collapse/expand threads when viewing contents of a
mailbox. Also, an option to choose whether to view mailbox contents
collapsed or expanded by default would be nice. Scrolling through e.g.
mailing lists is a real pain when all threads are expanded by default.
