Description of Problem:
Created an Email message in Outlook 2003 with different text formating and
font effects. Evolution did not render the following text and font effects

- center justified text
- right justified text
- font color
- changed font face
- superscript and subscript
- shadow text
- small caps text

This bug occured with snapshots built before the new-ui branch was merged.

Oops add italics to the list of text effects that weren't rendered in
Evolution. Also doesn't appear that Outlook renders shadow text either.

that mail uses CSS styles which we don't support yet in evo
