bullets not displayed in message sent from Outlook 2003

Description of Problem: Created an html Email message in Outlook 2003, with a indented bulleted list, using the "Rice Paper" theme. The bullets are not displayed in Evolution. Additional Information: This bug occured with snapshots built before the new-ui branch was merged. besides the css margin indentation probems some strange seesm to be going on with the image lookups. Jeff can you see why the images don't appear to be being loaded in this message?
