Description of Problem:
can not delete an appointment via the "Delete" tool bar icon, while
appoinment can be deleted via file menu "Edit"->"Delete".

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an appointment
2. Select the appointment, and click "Delete the appointment" icon in the
tool bar.
3. 

Actual Results:
   The appointment can not be deleted.

Expected Results:
   Always.

How often does this happen?
