There should be a way of disabling the display of the search bar above the
email headers list.  For users with small monitors (and for users who like
preserving as much screen real estate as possible for the display of mail
messages and headers), it takes up a lot of room.

Seperately, the current folder bar above the search bar can be made smaller
as well, but i reckon that's a seperate wish list request.
