Description Phil Goembel 2003-06-16 16:49:27 UTC
Description of Problem:

My Evolution Calendar is unreachable.
Instead, I seem to get a Tasks pane (or window) whenever I try to get to
the Calendar, regardless of the method used.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. open evolution
2. click on Calendar in the Shortcuts pane.
3. select any view

Actual Results:

The view pane always shows the same view, which appears to be a Tasks view,
rather than a legitimate Calendar view.

Expected Results:

The view should switch between the selected Calendar views - Day, Work
Week, Week, or Month.

How often does this happen?

Always.

Additional Information:

I've had problems with a lot of tools since installing Ximian Desktop 2.
Also red-carpet may have actually installed older components over the newer
ones, since some of the xd2 components (at least control-center) seem to
have been given poorly chosen version numbers.

I don't think I tried to use the Calendar between upgrading to Evolution
1.4 and upgrading to Ximian Desktop 2.
