Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
when create a **new** message, composer always select default account as
sender. Evolution should firstly select current account as sender, if there
exist not account(when user click the local folder) currently, select the
default account.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create 2 accounts(named by A1, A2), set A2 as default account.
2. click folder of A1.
3. click the "new" button in tool bar, create a new message.

Actual Results:
in the window of new composer, the sender account is A2,not A1.

Expected Results:
sender should be A1.

How often does this happen?
always

Additional Information:

if click the inbox of local folder, the sender should be default account A2.
