Description of Problem:
A filter for an IMAP service does not run when I click on the inbox. If
i select the Inbox and hit Ctl-Y nothing happens. I must select the
messages I want to filter, then hit ctl-y to activate the filter

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Receive a mail in an imap box that should be the target of a filter
2. click on the inbox. (according to the docs, this should activate the
filter)
3. 

Actual Results:
Nothing is filtered	

Expected Results:
The email is filtered into another folder

How often does this happen?
Every time

Additional Information:
the filter is based on the domain name of the incoming email
