First things first: A short description of of my
configuration:

-Architecture: x86
-OS: SuSE Linux 7.3

-Display language: german
-Configured charset in mail preferences: ISO 8859-15

Description of Problem:
When creating a new contact list and adding an
existing contact with an german umlaut (ä,ö,ü) in
its name, the display of this contact in the list
of contacts for this list gets messed up.

Following is what it looks like:

Herr Thomas =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=47=72=E4=66=65=72?=
<foo@bar.com>

Where it should display:

Herr Thomas Gräfer <foo@bar.com>

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new contact with a name that contains
one ore more german umlauts.
2. Create a new contactlist and drag'n drop the
createt contact in this list.
