Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. import a pine addressbook containing names with accents
2. look at the imported addresses
3. you can see the tags as exactly stored in the .addressbook file

Actual Results: =?iso-8859-1?Q?Albert_Salvad=F3?=


Expected Results: Albert Salvadó
It should translate the iso strings, not copy them


How often does this happen? Always


Additional Information: Before this release
evolution-0.14.99-snap.ximian.200109220808
the importer simply crashed; now it works but there's this problem left.
