Description Soren Sandmann Pedersen 2004-10-25 16:08:49 UTC
Epiphany should just use the globe-with-arrow as icon. Also the window title
should be "Web Browser: <page title>".

The reason is that a web browser window is different from the document it
contains because you can load different pages. That function, loading different
pages, is an important feature of the window besides its content.

A more practical reason is that if you just want to find a web browser window in
the window list or the window menu, it is difficult if you don't remember the
icon and title of the last document you looked at.

See bug 131010 and bug 120733.
Comment 2 Soren Sandmann Pedersen 2004-10-25 20:30:18 UTC
Yes, it's clearly a duplicate of bug 131010.

You are making a mistake, though. A web-browser window is not a document.
