Open the attached file in both ggv and gpdf.  Some symbols are clearly missing.

GPdf for gnome 2.6 is much better with math symbols. Unfortunately this document
is still not rendered correctly. One not-equals sign is rendered as equals (this
is evil)

This is finally fixed in CVS, will be in the next GPdf for GNOME 2.7/2.8 release.
