Nudge/Move objects using keyboard

It would be very useful to be able to nudge shapes/selections using the arrow keys (nudge by 1 pixel or by ten pixels if shift+arrow, is what Jasc Web Draw does and I quite like it).
The Gimp allows you to nudge selections using the arrow keys too (and shift+arrow nudges by a bigger amount)
