Bug 128949 (which uses version 0.6.1) had the following to say:

Rhythmbox crashes when playing a certain mp3. I double-click the
mp3, and I get about 2 seconds of random chirping. After that it
  crashes.

  How often does this happen?
  Every time

  Additional Information:
XMMS, Xine, Mplayer, and RealOne all play this MP3 fine. It's
only Rhythmbox/Gstreamer. Offending mp3 can be found at
  http://tyr_7be.tripod.com/AtTheDriveIn-OneArmScissor.mp3 for
  debugging purposes.
