Too easy to accidentally remove objects?

Havoc: it seems you need certain permissions to view that redhat bug, so i can't really comment on it, but from the title i think this bug is most likely a dupe or close relative of bug 74997.
Woops, permissions fixed. This one is about the "remove from panel" item on the right-click menu. I'm not sure if that's a dup of the other or not.
