Description Felipe Massia Pereira 2002-05-15 19:14:05 UTC
I dont know if I'm posting to the right forum. Fact is that I find it would
be better if when inside a "Save As..." dialog box, I clicked a directory
and the file name were kept intact. It's for the case I want to save a
download link, generally a tgz long name, it's boring to type it all after
I have clicked on a directory... Thats' all.

If I should post this to another forum, I apologize. What forum should I
post instead?

Felipe

This is fixed in Red Hat's current RPM. I'm not sure there will ever
be a gtk-1.2 release again, so you might have to use the distro
packages to get this fix.

Moving to gtk+ just for the heck of it. It's probably a duplicate.
