In gnome-shell 3.17.4, when opening an application, the spinner animation in top bar is somehow glitched (see attached video).

1. log in to gnome
2. run some app
3. spinner animation is now shown correctly

Thanks for your report; this is already known as bug 753064, there's already a patch attached over there, so it will hopefully soon be fixed.
