GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 740261
Sidebar - minor layout issues
Last modified: 2015-02-17 00:20:47 UTC
The sidebar list has some small layout issues: * The rows are too tall. * There's a visible gap between the selected row and the left-hand edge of the sidebar. * There is no border to separate the sidebar from the right-hand pane. * If you make the window taller, you can see that the sidebar has a fixed height, and that there is a different background colour below. It might be interested to try out the new GTK+ sidebar widget - it might help with some of these issues.
I think all of those have been fixed in the current git master. GTK+ sidebar looks useful, thanks. I'm going to use it, once figuring out how to put icons near labels.
