use "website" to reffer to websites

Epiphany currently uses "web sites" and "sites" to refer to websites. It should use only one term because the switching in the terms can be confusing to some. I recommend that the term "websites" is used instead of both because that will match documentation throughout GNOME and I think it is more common. Patch attached.

There are also some issues which I see with the wording on the new bad certificate page, which I can go through in a bit.

In particular, if you can figure out a way to get rid of the colon before the list of one or more bullets, that would be great. Especially since it's normally always just one....

Did you just commit this to master? We haven't branched for 3.14 yet afaik.
