GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 723156
Per interface network status
Last modified: 2020-11-26 14:41:37 UTC
In the new system status designs [1], we want to show network status by interface type. That means we'll need a few changes/additions to the icon theme: * Error/offline variants for network-wired-* network-wireless-* and network-cellular-* * Replace network-no-route-symbolic with network-wireless-no-route-symbolic and network-wired-no-route-symbolic [1] https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/OS/SystemStatus

Before I add the error states I'd like to understand what kind of status it communicates that isn't already possible?
