Popup windows, such as the one you get in GMail when you click the 'In a new window' arrow (in the top right of the message view), don't have any titlebar or other controls. You can only close them with Ctrl+W or from the Activities overview. Second mouse button on the window border doesn't yield a context menu with window actions either.

Expected behavior is that popup windows have some sort of titlebar (so you have something to drag them) and close button.

Did this bug fall under the radar? I think it is a quite visible/high-impact one...
