obex: remove obex-data-server support

Since obex-data-server doesn't support BlueZ 5 we are removing it in favor
of a new implementation based on obexd. The port to BlueZ 5 is at #694347, however it is the patches aren't in shape for upstream yet.

Simply nuking the code isn't an acceptable solution. Bug 601890 has code to make it optional, and we'll disable it by default.
