Description Age Bosma (IRC: Forage) 2013-05-24 07:47:12 UTC
The application list in the overview can contain applications with long names. Names are truncated when they are more than 16 characters long. This makes it hard to find the appropriate application when multiple similar items are present.

E.g.:
- Passwords and K...

- Oracle Java 7 Pol...
- Oracle Java 7 Plu...
- Oracle Java 7 Vis...
- Oracle Java 7 W...

- AMD Catalyst Co...
- AMD Catalyst Co...

Where one of the AMD's is the admin version but you can know which.

It would be nice to display a tool-tip with the complete name when you hover over those items.
An alternative would be to extent the name line to a multi-line text when an icon is either selected with the keyboard or when hovering over the icon with the mouse.
