Remove stealth mode control

It isn't clear from the UI what the stealth mode switch does.
If it isn't useful we should drop it. It was just an idea to have a single way to do a bunch of stuff at once.

I wasn't sure whether it it did something else other than toggling the other two items. Since there are only two other visibility options in there, the extra switch doesn't seem to have much utility. We should probably drop it.
I guess it was supposed to work as a master switch for all privacy related settings. We could remove it now, and re-add it when the privacy panel is a little more populated, if we need such a switch.
