Patch adding cairo_rectangle_t support

The only missing piece seems to be the definition in cairo-1.0.gir which is included in the attached patch.  So it should be trivial to add.

Sorry to hijack: I wanted to create a new bug report but I am unabe to set the damned product in Bugzilla.

Apart from the above missing type, the cairo gir file is quite in a bad shape: all enums but one are missing.
