In Passwords and Keys (Seahorse), the Help button is broken on the properties
screen for a member of the login keyring.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Passwords and Keys (Seahorse)
2. Select Login Keyring under Passwords
3. Right click a keyring element and select Properties
4. Press the Help button
Actual Results:  
The following error is displayed: Page Not Found
The page ‘gkr-item-properties’ was not found in the document ‘ghelp:seahorse’.

Expected Results:  
The relevant Help page should be displayed.
