The Menue Items in the Toppanel of the gnome shell should have shortcuts like the menuitems in the menus of applications (file,edit,or someting) 
example menue _File -> _Open // the _ means underline the follow character.
if i type 
alt + f -> O 
the open dialog opens.
The shortcuts should underlined too in the toppanel :). it would relay cool to navigate.

Are the keyboard shortcuts in http://library.gnome.org/users/gnome-help/3.6/keyboard-nav.html not sufficient?

Hi André,
i mean the menuitems in the menus in the topbar of the gnome-shell.
for example in the Usermenu or the Accessibilitymenu.
i makes the navigation more easy and its more consistent to the "normal" F10 menus in the applications.

so i doesnt have always arrow around to activate an menueentry fast with the keyborad.
