Description Stephen Waters 2001-12-27 21:19:06 UTC
The "tab" menu on the file toolbar says:
---
...
Previous Tab Ctl+Prior
Next Tab Ctl+Next
...
---

/me searches for the "Prior" and "Next" keys... nope, none found!

Through trial and error, I discover that Ctl+PageUp goes to Previous tab
and Ctl+PageDown goes to Next tab.

Honestly, I like multi-gnome-terminal's navigation better, Shift+<arrow>...
perhaps this is an area to start a standardization initiative?

Please see bug 57394 and bug 63700 for some related things about the
existing shortcuts.
Comment 2 Yanko Kaneti 2001-12-27 23:16:27 UTC
i really dont think that shift+arrow has any chance of becoming a
standard for tab switching

Yeah. It conflicts both with keyboard selection/highlighting of
characters in text entry fields in the pages and in the location field.
