Description lists 2011-12-24 09:08:50 UTC
It would be great if it were possible to show the Net Worth table without displaying either the Bar Chart or Line Chart.

If I open up an Assets & Liabilities > Net Worth Bar Chart (or Line Chart, which is coming in the next version: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=664862), I can make it show my change in Net Assets/worth over time.

If I go into the Report Options and choose to have a table below the graph showing the values, it shows the Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth at each interval that is specified in the option. This gives a list like:

Date Assets Liabilities	Net Worth
23/02/08	100,000.00	-50,000.00	50,000.00
08/03/08	110,000.00	-50,000.00	60,000.00
22/03/08	110,000.00	-45,000.00	65,000.00

This is a great feature, but I don't actually want my table below my graph. I like my graph to take up the full screen and to have a table on a separate tab. I do this at the moment by creating another identical report and making the chart as small as the options allow (100x100).

It would be great if there was an option to have the report on its own, without the chart. This could be an option in the report options of the two charts, but given that there are now two charts using the same table, I wonder if the table could be split off and referenced by both--I've no idea how possible this would be in the code.

This request flowed from my post to the mailing list here:

Thanks for all of your help!
